  Customer service in this store is almost nonexistent. Stopped to pickup a prepaid Christmas card order and there was one person working that desk. She was standing there while an elderly customer scrolled through photos on her phone seemingly trying to choose a picture for whatever project she wanted to print. Instead of asking what I needed she just stood there watching the other customer scroll through her photos. Another employee came behind the desk and I asked if he could help me as I was just picking up a prepaid order. He snapped at me. Honestly, it’s ridiculous that this time of year when people are having holiday cards and projects printed that so few employees would be working. And this is not an isolated incident. Even just returning an Amazon order at this location takes forever. I’m surprised they manage to even stay open the way they treat customers. VERY poorly managed store.

  I came into this store to ship two items through USPS and the lady who helped me was very helpful and told me I only had to buy boxes for my items and print the labels and she packed everything up for me. I came back here 3 days after that and the GM behind the counter was helping two elderly customers and he was EXTREMELY rude to them and rushing them and yelling for someone else to take over across the store. Then when I got to the counter he told me it was 9 per package to pack the boxes for me and if I didn’t want to pay that I have to buy tape. I was there a few days prior and was never told this and the lady packed it for me. I was then told she was new and “didn’t know” and needed to be trained again. Very poor customer service and the GM was so extremely rude. I can’t even believe someone can work in customer service acting like he did. I’ll never return to this location.

  My review is for the UPS attached to the Staples store, today I had the worst experience, I wasted my time in there, the customer service was pretty bad to me, I’ll never go back, I m pretty sure that they don’t care anyway.

  The customer service guy, Igor, needs to learn basic manners like how to talk to someone, let alone customer service skills. Whoever trained that person should at least retrain him. That's as nice as I can write because I wouldn't want to go to a lower level.

  Found everything I needed at the Brick NJ Staples. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Staff were genuinely helpful and knew their stuff. They even offer bags for 5 cents which kept my wallet calm and my supplies contained. Solid experience.
