  I stopped in on Friday to have something faxed and had no idea how to do it. I explained that to the woman that was working here. Her name is Falon and I asked if she would help me. She said yes and came over and explained everything to us and was so friendly and professional. There should be more people in customer service like her. She was extremely helpful and treated us very well and answered all of our questions.Thank You.

  I just want to take a moment to recognize Joseph, because what he did today went far beyond anything I ever would’ve expected from a FedEx visit. Joseph didn’t just “do his job” — he owned the situation. From the second I walked in, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. When things could’ve easily been brushed off or rushed, Joseph stepped up, stayed with it, and made sure everything was done perfectly. No shortcuts. No attitude. Just real effort, real care, and real professionalism. You could tell he actually wanted to help — and that is rare. The kind of rare that turns a stressful situation into a great experience and makes someone walk out saying, “Wow… that guy didn’t have to do that, but he did.” Joseph is the definition of going above and beyond. If every company had someone like him representing them, customer service wouldn’t be a complaint — it would be a standard. FedEx is lucky to have him, and I’m genuinely grateful for the help he gave me today. Give that man his flowers 🌟

  When shipping, I’ve never had anyone ask me “what is in the package/envelope?” USPS asks if there is anything liquid or hazardous. But no one other than this location has ever asked me what was inside something I was shipping. A complete invasion of privacy. This is something I’ve shipped via FedEx (with a prepaid label from Quest Diagnostics) a half a dozen times and have never had anyone ask that or refuse to take it. I had to travel across town to find a FedEx drop box. Unacceptable.

  Went across town with a qr code for fed ex to box and pack it up and was denied and told to go to home depot and get a box myself. Issue is I need to keep dragging this 45 pound item around in and out of the store and upon verification, I had a valid qr code and I was not supposed to be denied.

  The services and staff professionalism at the Brick location continue to far exceed my expectations. Customers are immediately greeted upon entering and there is always a staff willing to help. Some of the kindest people I have met in customer service! Very knowledgeable about products and options and can turn any project into something beautiful. Busy store but every time I go in, everything is quick and easy.
