    When shipping, I’ve never had anyone ask me “what is in the package/envelope?” USPS asks if there is anything liquid or hazardous. But no one other than this location has ever asked me what was inside something I was shipping. A complete invasion of privacy. This is something I’ve shipped via FedEx (with a prepaid label from Quest Diagnostics) a half a dozen times and have never had anyone ask that or refuse to take it. I had to travel across town to find a FedEx drop box. Unacceptable.

    Went across town with a qr code for fed ex to box and pack it up and was denied and told to go to home depot and get a box myself. Issue is I need to keep dragging this 45 pound item around in and out of the store and upon verification, I had a valid qr code and I was not supposed to be denied.

    Friendly staff nice people but they never put a sign on the door if they don't have power so they might be close early if you go there and they don't have power but if need you they are very nice and friendly

    This place went to hell. I have had hundreds of of copies here and put off nowhere they attempted to add an ADDITIONAL 2.50 SURCHARGE. New manager also sucks

    I paid extra, for ebay shipping service,to ship my friends item.It arrived in a pile of pieces.I filed a claim.They asked for ,which i gave.They denied it.Dont ever use the drop service bad. And another time somehow my package ,was delvered to the wrong address,not on the mailing label.How is that possible?Then they had the audacity to charge me for,the error they made.My first bad review.bad experience compouded.
