  They made a delivery today and they left a door tag number and they will attempt the delivery tom at 12 noon. If you guys are smart enough, why would you deliver a package at the same time frame if the 1st attempt is already failed bec no one is there to received coz everyone is working just like you guys. So better to do the attempt after 4pm. And i tried to call fedex customer service to make their life easier by initiating a pick up to the center but fedex customer service doesn’t allow me to talk to the fedex center.

  Branchburg's FedEx...truly an exhausting experience. I was blessed that I must purchase a monthly medication in which I have no control over in regards to who ships it. Unfortunately for me, it's always FedEx, and always this facility. This is now the 3rd month I've had to deal with their garbage driver who refuses to delivery my package DESPITE me digitally signing for it the day prior. It plays out the same time, every time. I receive notification of the package shipping, I sign for it immediately, driver shows up the next day when I'm at work, rings my bell, leaves his little door tag and walks away. Thanks for paying attention, thanks for showing up, thanks for being bottom of the barrel service. The rest of my day consists of me chain calling FedEx every few hours, telling them that: 1) I have medication that's chilled and needs to arrive ASAP. 2) This happens every single time. 3) I ALREADY SIGNED FOR THE PACKAGE. I get to explain this, and re-explain it to a new phone rep every time I call. The phone reps always assure me they will "come back the same day" (they never do), that my "complaint will be filed and I'll receive a call back or email" (never do) and they assure me that the driver won't come to my property again (always does). I sit there and watch my tracking number live in it's new home at the Branchburg location, never moving, never arriving, as every call center rep INSISTS it's on it's way. They call me their friend, tell me my name is nice (weird?), I'm their new best buddy, yet they still never GET ME MY PACKAGE. I've had 2 medications go sour because of this. This is money out of my pocket when I have to reorder because my medication company frankly doesn't care what happens to the product once it leaves their facility. This will be my third. I've never received a call back from the local office as requested. This office is impudent and based on reviews, I'm not the only one who recognizes this travesty. As someone who runs an eBay store, I go out of my way to make sure my customers do NOT have the option of selecting FedEx when I ship my products. I've attached a photo of your residential champion. Holding my package that says "rush, perishable". Get him off my route. You are an abomination.
