I wish there was a zero star option to rate this wretched place. This post office ripped me off to the tune of about $150 for over a dozen packages. U started an online business & went into this place when I started to ship my goods, which were mostly records. I asked SPECIFICALLY if there was a discounted option for sending things like books & records & the know-nothing behind the counter said that the bottom tier standard mail was the cheapest. One of my customers then mentioned 'media mail' to me & when I went back to the place to complain about how I was completely ripped off & misinformed, they basically said that I should have known how to do THEIR JOBS and mention it specifically. In addition, the attitude on every single person in this place from the management to the front line customer service workers is disgusting & abysmal. They talk down to you like you are an idiot for know knowing the ins & outs of THEIR job. I hope they defund the whole USPS system at this point. So sick & tired of being ripped off & treated like trash by these rotten government employees.

As far as I'm concerned, these guys bent over backwards to help me with my problem. And did a great job.

Had an appointment for a passport for my 5 week old who was unfortunately not cooperating. The employees were so kind and helpful and made sure we got our passport taken care of. They went above and beyond to help us and it is so appreciated! Thank you bordentown postal workers!

I just moved to Bordentown and I called this morning to ask how much it would cost to rent a P.O. Box. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went there I was greeted right away and explained what I needed to do. The young lady who I spoke with on the phone said she remembered me and helped me with my address changed and the P.O. Box rental. Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly.

Horrible experience today at Bordentown post office! Standing in long line and a lady who was already there was labeling her box at side counter. She forgot something in her car parked out front and told this large man standing guard at the doir that she needed to get something from her car. He announced loudly and rudely " well! You no we close st 12 right?!!!" She said "yes, just getting something from my car our front." He waited till she closed the door and again rudely and loud announced" nothing like waiting the last minute to mail something!!" Everyone got quiet and I asked, " do u work here?" And he said " why? I told him I thought his comment was rude and unprofessional representing the NJ Post Office! I ask his name and he first said Ross and then changed it to Walt. He became loud and I told him I'd report this... He said go ahead! I meet the woman outside and he came out yelling and tried to deny saying anything. The woman and I will be making a formal complaint. This man should not work there at all! Another employee came out and told us that he is a very mean man and treats everyone like that and is a supervisor!!! OMG!!! so sad.... Time to change that!
