- CCcrab3 days ago1.0i was alerted that my package was taken back to this post office by “customer request” (I did not request.) dont even bother showing up if you dont have a half hour to stand around as the employees completely ignore you and the rest of the people in line lol. no greeting, no “i’ll be with you in a second”, nothing. theres a whole room full of people waiting to be serviced and these people are gloving up to count a 6 inch stack of cash IN SINGLES by hand lock in guys

IF THEY DON’T, they have the audacity to say “sorry, it says it was delivered. There is nothing we can do”. Well we’ve clearly established that being marked as delivered means nothing to you so that isn’t evidence it was delivered

The postmaster (postmistress) Keena is fanatastic 5+ stars out of 5 and took care of an issue with our carrier (only reason post office as whole did not get five stars). Keena's response was prompt and solved the issue faster than I could have hoped - she actually delivered our mail the day I called and she contacted the carrier and instructed the carrier that the mail should be delivered. I can't praise her enough, as soon as she was aware of the issue she checked into it immediately and got the problem resolved. Thank You Keena!!!!!!
