- CDCarmelo DanoysMar 24, 20261.0Worst post office I have ever been to. It’s a very small town so it’s never even really that busy for the workers to be so rude. They don’t want to work and have the worse attitudes. I live in Bogota but I go to other post offices which shouldn’t be the case.

The woman who answered was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke to me with unnecessary attitude and aggression. I understand they may be busy, but customers deserve basic respect. I wasn’t demanding anything — just asking for information. It was disappointing to be treated that way during an already stressful situation. I hope management addresses customer service because professionalism matters.

The lady who works there is in the wrong profession and should rethink her customer service skills. I dont just base this on one visit, every single time it gets worse!! Being protected by the union you can afford being so nasty.
