This post office is mismanaged. On the busiest days of the each month, they have one window open making the waiting time extremely long. They to access their operational needs and replace their leadership.

No one has picked up my outgoing mail in 2 weeks. They keep delivering mail without picking it up. At this point I'm just seeing how long they will ignore it

If you value your time, your sanity, or the truth, stay far away from this location. I arrived a few minutes early for a scheduled 1:30 PM passport appointment on 4/1. I took my daughter out of school specifically for this appointment. After waiting in line, the clerk—without a shred of professional urgency—told me to sit at a "back table" and wait. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I asked for an update. The response? A transparent, poorly constructed lie. I was told the person in charge of passports was "instructed by a supervisor" to go on lunch. Think about that logic: a facility that schedules a 1:30 PM appointment simultaneously "orders" their only qualified staff member to take a lunch break at 1:30 PM. It wasn't until the clerk saw my visible frustration that she even bothered to ask if I had an appointment. Lo and behold, five minutes after my scheduled time, the "missing" employee miraculously appeared from the back. The "lunch break" was clearly a fiction used to cover for laziness or a total lack of internal communication. The communication skills here aren't just lacking; they are nonexistent. I was expected to sit in silence with my child while the staff decided whenever they felt like doing their actual jobs. Bottom line: Unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete waste of a trip. Save yourself the headache and book your appointment literally anywhere else. I will never be back and warn anyone i else i know to avoid this place as well.

Worst experience in a post office ever. Came to my newborn babies passport appointment at 1pm. Clerk decided she didn't want to work until 1:30pm. Came out with a major attitude and didn't help us until close to 2:00pm. Kept saying "I work too hard and I should be taking my lunch break right now". She had just come off of lunch and was even told by a different coworker she should start helping us, which she still refused to do. At one point I asked her for a pen to sign the application and she told she had already given me one. I told her she didn't so she decided to stop what she was doing and walk into the lobby and look for said pen. As she was filing out our application, she would stop after every 3 letters she filled and would scroll through her phone. It took us 2 hours from start to finish. What could have been a 15 minute appointment turned into 2 hours, between her constantly walking away from us to sit in the back on her phone, to chat with other employees or just walk around and complain outloud. She needs to be fired.
