Worst experience in a post office ever. Came to my newborn babies passport appointment at 1pm. Clerk decided she didn't want to work until 1:30pm. Came out with a major attitude and didn't help us until close to 2:00pm. Kept saying "I work too hard and I should be taking my lunch break right now". She had just come off of lunch and was even told by a different coworker she should start helping us, which she still refused to do. At one point I asked her for a pen to sign the application and she told she had already given me one. I told her she didn't so she decided to stop what she was doing and walk into the lobby and look for said pen. As she was filing out our application, she would stop after every 3 letters she filled and would scroll through her phone. It took us 2 hours from start to finish. What could have been a 15 minute appointment turned into 2 hours, between her constantly walking away from us to sit in the back on her phone, to chat with other employees or just walk around and complain outloud. She needs to be fired.

By far the WORST experience. The tall male teller at the window was extremely rude ans borderline disrespectful. I absolutely do NOT recommend this location.

Get your employees together. If you say you take walk ins on Tuesday until 6:45 but when a customer shows up at 5:55pm you tell them you’re not taking them because you stopped at 6pm then changed it to stopping at 5pm with a 41 person limit per Tuesday…. I CANCELLED MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT APPOINTMENT TO COME TO THE TUESDAY WALK-IN and NOOO ONE told me that! I stood in the wrong line for 5 minutes before I got confirmation from a customer. You even ALLOWED the older dude who came in AFTER MEEEE to do his passport. You even knew the employee who informed me wrong and didn’t take any action to make it right. You chucked and said she does it all the time and don’t know why she tells customers that. IF YOU STOPPED AT 5pm then the 3 other people standing in line shouldn’t have gotten SERVICED. IF YOU STOPPED AT 6 LIKE THE SHORT WORKER SAID, I WAS THERE BEFORE 6, IF IT WAS 645 like the ORIGINAL worker told me then you could’ve taken me. IF IT IS A 41 person limit per day THEN set time aside, set up a group meeting WHATEVER YOUR BUSINESS LOCATION has to do to train or inform your employees because as a collective? You’re not on the same page at all and your providing misinformation to your customer. It’s being reported.

The people at this post office can't be bothered to open on time. It's the most mismanaged post office I have ever had the displeasure of visiting in my life. I've had packages lost, returned, and rerouted all due to errors from the staff here. I took this photo 30 minutes after they claimed to open.
