The customer service is awful and the and the personnel look unhappy and frustrated. There were people using the printers having problems and none one took the time to troubleshoot them. Staples been a reputable company but, not the branch in Bloomfield NJ . Not recommend.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and always smiling. And if its an issue they cant resolve which is very rare, they will send you where you can get help. I just luv those two.
