Usually when people don't want to be video it because they're doing things they aren't suppose to be doing. Also maybe the postmaster should actually take a look at Melissa since she clearly took a customers money and she walked to the rear with the cash in hand. It's hit or miss with these guys. If they feel like delivering your mail today you will get it if they don't you wait. I'm waiting on an important package(parts to fix my furnace before snow storm and informed delivery says it's arriving today......guess they didn't feel like coming out in the cold)
