She didn’t have a name tag on she was an African American lady with a buzz cut with big glasses. Every time I come in she just has an attitude. Today put the cherry on top just for me to write a review. I just came in to see why I haven’t been receiving my mail for the past couples days. She just accused me of letting my mail pile up in the mailbox I said no that’s not the case I told her I’m signed up for getting mail and every time I received the email I grab my mail. I’m just so tired of coming here to the same depressing face when I’m trying to figure out what to do. And on top of that she’s talking to me like I’m a child or as if I should know what to do. But this is my township post office and I shouldn’t have to come to this location with this customer service. If you hate your job soooo much you should find a different one and let someone else who would love to actually assist customers!

They told us that we can only have our mail held for 10 days when I know that isn't true. We live in a duplex and ordered something and they don't care where your mail or packages go. They don't like people and they don't like their job. We always have problems with this office and they say they don't have to hold the mail. My friend is a disabled veteran they ladies behind the counter don't want to hear what anyone has to say. They don't care to listen. The post lady doesn't take outgoing mail all the time. I get time sensitive mail late Alot of times. Nobody believes that the post office people don't do their job.
