After I left though, I should of boxed up the item myself because shipped fragile dishes and now concerned won't be packed securely and break in transit.

The owner runs out to let me and another customer know he'll take us real quick, walks back in with me... He returns my Amazon package, prints my shipping label, and prints my receipt all in under 30 seconds and I'm back in the car within a minute of being here. Sitting in the parking lot to write this review! PS. This isn't an uncommon experience from this store. Every time I'm here, I'm in and out, even if they're super busy with a line of people! The are friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I'll travel the extra distance to come to this location because of the service.
