They have always been helpful with any question or package I have. My mail carrier always has a smile and takes care in making sure we receive our packages and letters in perfect condition! However, several times now, there has been an issue where the person delivering a package states "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location". Yeah, that's a blatant lie. I took a photo of my front door. Wide porch, unobstructed access from the road. Probably 5 people could access the door at once, while holding hands. I suspect the postal workers are overloaded, so when they get back to the post office and have forgotten/not had time to deliver a package, their go-to message is the above. I see another review on the same subject, and on our local Facebook group there has been the same complaint. Extremely frustrating, as the item I ordered is something for my computer that was quite urgent to get my work done. I'll be contacting both Amazon, and lodging a complaint with USPS (doubtful that they will care, as their wait time is over an hour to speak to a human being). I'll be moving to Amazon's carrier as my first choice of delivery from now on.
- MGMy GoogleJul 28, 20181.0This post office has the laziest moray deceitful post delivery people. They are so lazy they will not bring any letter for signature up to the house. Instead they will put a unable to deliver notice sticker IN the mail box by the road. Simply horrible postal workers.
