The staff was very kind to accept us for a passport application after our appointment at the Chatham USPS was canceled the morning of the appointment.

Paul went above and beyond to help me with my packages, I was unsure of what packages to use to mail my wedding gifts and he spent the time to explain the different options to me and help me mail them. Could not recommend him enough! Will certainly be coming back for any of my mailing needs!

I went there to apply for my american passport for the first time, the service was good enough but the manager, Paul, thought it’s ok to make fun of me for making small mistakes during the process, which made me feeling extremely belittled, Mind you, he speaks with a very heavy accent and fast, he got very frustrated with me several times when I couldn’t understand him… you would think, for someone who’s an immigrant himself he would have more empathy, nop! I am grateful to his female colleague who stood up for me! Mr.Paul, being condescending is not funny
