  Every time I go to Staples I never know what I'm doing. Be it sending a fax or trying to print something from my phone, I'm lost. Every time the staff is patient, understanding and helpful. They have always taken the time to show me how to do each task and waited till it was completed. The store actually carries a large variety of different products. It's quite diversified. I always seem to find what it is that I'm looking for. They have nicely lighted aisles with plenty of space. You can easily see what you are looking at. There's always staff around to answer questions and help you make the right decision for you. It's a great store. I highly recommend it for all your office needs and faxing, printing etc. I love this store because of the people in it.

  Worst service, I just asked for a ups shipping folder they have them but refused to give me one !! Service sucks too had to wait in line for 10 minutes to then say no !
