- NRNatalie Baccile Rodrigues4 days ago1.0Talk about unprofessional employees.. this afternoon the employee doing amazon returns was actually complaining to customers that she “hasn’t stopped for 3 hours”. She also had the audacity to say that whole foods should be taking Amazon return instead of staples. The line was very long. When I finally got up to the front of the line, she thought that was a good time to tape up cardboard boxes, while customers were waiting to both return and also to buy items from the store. I had planned on shopping in the store, but didn’t have time to wait on another line. As I was as leaving, a second employee finally came up to the register. When he saw all the customers waiting, he rolled his eyes and stomped his feet like a toddler, before throwing a cardboard box onto the floor. Hire better.

I came in to print a few photos with a guy named Richard and somehow everything that could go wrong did. The photos were printed in the wrong size, the quality was terrible, and I was charged the wrong price on top of it. When I pointed this out and asked for them to be redone, the second set somehow came out even worse than the first. At that point, I asked for a refund from Richard because I clearly wasn’t getting what I paid for. Instead of giving me my money back, I was told they could only offer a cash card, which I did not want. I paid cash and expected my cash back, not a store card I never asked for. Had to call for a manager just to get my cash back. That felt frustrating and unfair, especially after wasting my time and money on prints that were completely unusable. Poor quality, poor service, and an even worse resolution. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who needs reliable printing
