- TTTiffSep 16, 20251.0The lady at the front desk so talkative and holding customers to chat all the time. She doesn’t care if there are tons of people who’s in line. She needs to stop talking too much time and focusing on her job to do.
- ASAndrew SJul 8, 20251.0Don't go here for a passport. The clerk Debbie thinks she is an expert at knowing which documents they will accept. Turned me away once after telling me I had the wrong documents. So I rescheduled again and brought the documents I had back. She still told me I had the wrong documents and I told her to let the passport agency tell me that. Guess what! They approved my documents! I get my passport this Friday.
