- PPpbnjAug 28, 20251.0If you live in an apartment, and God forbid you have any mailing issues, prepared to pull your hair out. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, the mailmen are lazy and refuse to listen to instructions, and you can show all the proof you can about ownership of packages that went missing, but talking to the brick walls instead of them would probably give you more insightful information. Not only that, but all the employees have a routine stank face as if they hate being there and will treat you as if all of their life problems are your fault, even if you treat them with respect. And if that isn't the worst of it all, I have never seen more than 1 person working the front desk at a time, so even if you wanna try to get someone else to help you with your problem, it is quite literally impossible. Out of the 2 packages that I have ordered in the past week alone, I have had problems with BOTH OF THEM! One of them shipped a day late because "the address was incomplete", and ended up shipping to me the day after in the same packaging and label. The second package was something I had to sign for and they left a note saying I wasn't there to sign for it despite them not even notifying me or ringing the doorbell right in front of their face to notify that they were there. When I went to go pick it up the next day, they said I didn't show them enough information to pick up my package, and refused to give it to me. If you think your tax dollars are going somewhere useful, you are SO WRONG!

After unloading everything into the box was told I couldn’t because there was too much advertising on the package and no usps would take it. (I’ve only ever shipped my USPS packages in Amazon packaging and never had this problem) Drove to another nearby USPS and had no problem. I was even told I can ship in whatever and that the lady from Belleville who said that wrong at the other location. If you plan on recycling boxes for your packages skip Belleville post office.

Just a joke I can see why they're falling apart 4/16 Once again it's out for delivery & doesn't get delivered. This is the third time it's happened since moving to Belleville. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS PLACE IS 4/16 part 2 After being scheduled for delivery by 4:45pm it arrived at 6:30pm....on a Saturday. How is that a thing for USPS?
