She’s told me she can’t let me pickup a package because I didn’t pay online. Then one of the guys comes out of the back room and takes down my tracking number and goes and retrieved the package for free. She told me I’m not allowed to get it at all. She’s lazy and doesn’t want to do her job. She makes me want to jump behind he counter and do everything.
