Meanwhile, Eric did a great job managing the flow of the store, ensuring other customers were taken care of quickly so the business kept running smoothly. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism and great attitudes!
- JRJason RobertJan 31, 20261.0Not sure if there’s new owners or a new policy but I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve been to this location and they’ve always treated me nicely. They usually ALWAYS had a tape roll sitting on the counter for customers to use. Today I go in and there’s a new employee I’ve never seen before. He wasn’t rude, but he refused to tape my box. Again, after having been here multiple times and having the tape always been on the counter. They wanted to charge me an obscene amount of money to buy a roll or $2.67 to for a single piece. Not sure what has changed but that was a horrible experience. The tape was ALWAYS on the counter every single time I visited the store. Charging people for a single strip of tape is disgusting. It’s greed. It’s bad business and I will never be back.
