Because this post office is just the stamp (pun intended) of what a good old fashioned friendly, helpful, efficient post office should be. Whether it's Erick who is more recent on the staff or wonderful sweet Dana who has been with the Beachwood P.O. for decades with her melodious pleasant voice or her kindness or help. Every post office manager in the area should send their staff to Beachwood so they can learn how to be more customer-centric. Thank you Dana for decades of fun and pleasant service.
