When the package finally arrived at the Bayville post office she had it personally delivered in the morning. She answered the phone, she always called back. The communication and effort was amazing. The woman at the neighboring post office in Toms River wouldn't even get off her chair and look for the giant 3 foot x 2 foot box even though it had just scanned into their facility. This was a stark contrast to Jen's efforts! Thank you Jen!
