- SDSabrina DeeMar 31, 20261.0Other office up the street closed at 3pm . 0 customer service or care . Takes their time . If they can find a way to turn you away , not help or take their time with a customer . They will do it . I’m all for privatizing at this rate.

First off, she was gossiping the phone throughout the entire time I was in line, when I my turn came and when I went back, after buying an envelope from Family Dollar across the street. I went there because I needed to mail two separate envelopes together in one evelope. She first tried to sell me priorty mail for $12, which I told her I did not need. She told me the post office only had that one, but suggested I buy a stamped envelope because the two enveloped would fit in there. After I agreed an purchased that one, I tried fitting one envelope in there, and it would not fit. I asked her why she would sell me that, when she saw the envelopes I was trying to mail. She rudely told me to fold my envelopes, one which contained a formal letter. I did fold it, but the envelope would not close. I asked for a refund because that envelope was too small, and she told me no. She then just proceeded to ignore me and called the next person to the window. I left, purchased an envelope across the street and went back. Paid only $1.90 to mail the letter. She then had the nerve to tell me that I wasted time and could have just bought two separate stamps. Who is she to tell me how to conduct my business? This lady needs a real talking to by management. I'm not going to this post office again, because in addition, they didn't even have certified mail papers, which is how I also needed to send something. Talk about a real waste of time and energy.
