They don't know how to talk to anyone and it's amazing they even know how to do their simplistic job. I'd highly advise going to any of the other locations, but this one only useful thing is that they have a plethora of priority boxes thrown around in chaos

With my baby present, Ms. Clark treated me with complete disrespect: she spoke to me in a very rude way in front of everyone, as if I were ignorant for just a simple question, and then started talking about me with another customer, assuming I wouldn’t understand—but I did. The most ironic part is that she didn’t know I understood that language. What an unpleasant and unprofessional person. To make matters worse, this is the second time I’ve had such an experience—the first one happened at another location here in Bayonne On top of that, I noticed she was marking her own service rating as “good,” which raises doubts about the honesty of the evaluation system. Someone with that attitude should not be in a customer-facing position. It was a humiliating, disrespectful experience that I will not forget.
