My package that was supposed to be delivered today inexplicably got sent to the warren township aka middle of nowhere. Not the first time this has happened to one of my packages as soon as they made it to this location.

Awful! The line is always out the door. Super duper slow. They have 4 windows but if one is Lucy 2 may be open.

Terrible option for Passport. Appt was set for 11am (made the appt easily with no problems on their website, got confirmation emails right after), was told to arrive 10 minutes earlier. After finding parking, and waiting in line inside, I checked in with the teller at 10:58am. She informed me someone will be with me shortly. I waited to the side. 11:20am: another gentleman came and checked in for his 11:30am Passport appt, was told to wait, someone will be with him shortly. 11:30am: he's not as patient as me, he asked for an update, the teller said the Passport lady is on her way and should arrive around 12pm or so.. He left. 11:45am: I'm frustrated at this point. I called the Passport office at 257 Cornelison Ave (where I've done my kids Passports) and was able to schedule within the week. If you value your time, don't do your Passport here. My previous experiences with 257 Cornelison in Jersey City was simple, in and out! Only wait is the security to get inside, and if there's people in front of you doing their Passports too.. other than that, when it's your turn, they assist you in a timely manner. The reason I made the appt here, and not Cornelison Ave, is because the citizenship place recommended USPS for 1st time Passport applicants, and my parents insisted they want to do it here.. I did as they wish. This is the case of 'you live and you learn'. If a place is satisfactory, keep going there, so you don't deal with this bullshit. Hopefully USPS Passport department will improve and do better; value other's time! We have work to go to too. An appointment should be honored and processed in a timely manner, don't treat it as walk-in standards; where a person come with time to spare. 3 stars (and not 1) because I've previously came here to ship a package and aside from a - 30 minutes - long wait (with only one worker), when it was finally my turn, it took less than two minutes to weight my package, pay for shipping, get my receipt, and I'm out the door. If not for my frustrating Passport experience today, I'd give 5 stars. Need more workers at the window, at least two, if the line is down to the entrance.

They closed for 1.5 hr for lunch. Their customer service is horrible. It should be zero stars.
