    I sold some Yamaha speakers to someone through eBay and dropped them off at this location. When the person received it, he sent me pictures of the speakers showing the box and speakers had been damaged upon delivery. Looks like they were careless in packaging the speakers. They didn’t even bother using BUBBLE WRAP. Below are pictures showing the damage that was done. Disgraceful. Will not go to this location again.

    Wow! I thought these reviews were an exaggeration. Nope! There’s no customer service. The associate got pissed that I was watching what he was doing. Maybe because I asked for a receipt and he scanned someone elses package on my receipt. Of course I’m going to watch everything he does after he gave me the eye roll. Plus these are my returns and if they get lost, will he be responsible? NO. If you don’t want your job and you don’t want to do it correctly, then quit. Don’t stay in the job and mistreat customers.
