- ICIndex CardJan 7, 20261.0This USPS in Avenel NJ 07001 is illegally readjusting USPS labels for anyone they have an issue with. My packages that are usually 2-3 lbs with correct dimensions was readjusted to 13 lbs and incorrect dimensions. I cant even carry 13lbs of anything. The front desk has been doing this false readjustments to a few of my labels. They illegally took money from my bank account using false packaging information which almost caused my business to be suspended from selling. I will be reporting this USPS immediately and also the front desk clerk for illegal activity. I have never had this issue with other USPS locations.

The staff seems more focused on finding excuses to avoid their work rather than providing assistance. For instance, they claimed my labels weren't scanning without even attempting to resolve the issue. How about typing in the numbers instead? Additionally, I was informed that if I had more than six packages, I would need to return to the back of the nonexistent line. When there is a line, I often find myself waiting while they take their time assisting a chatty customer who arrives with 20+ packages. They scan that customer's packages with no issues, and I patiently wait. To top it all off, I discovered that they had changed the size and weight of my packages, resulting in unexpected additional costs. I will not be returning to this location. I refuse to support a place where the staff seems indifferent to customer needs. One less customer for those unhelpful workers!

Must say all Associates are awesome and unfortunately I just see one Associate name RON as he wear pin But everyone is awesome and know what they have do Best for you. I have been here for my new born passport service and must say it was so good and quick. To be clear here for all review reader they are taking " New born picture at place and you do not need to worried about it ". Thank you guys for your service.
