The package was scanned at their location but tracking shows it hasn’t moved from their location since drop off. They will lose your package and refuse to help but what they will do is curse you out and threaten you when confronted. Such a hostile environment. Specifically the so called “manager” Sayf alasmar. Do yourselves and your packages a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
