    I have been speaking with a robot for 5 minutes they just keep repeating the same thing, Im just trying to get pricing to ship something, I dont understand why they say Do you need to speak to an agent and I said yes 20 times, then the robot again says what can I help you with, I need an agent. I just need to speak to someone. I should be able to call and get a simple questions answered. After 15 minutes of playing games with a robot, they finally said I can speak to a representative, and the wait time is 55 minutes. What a joke, I dont complain much I just wanted to know how much it would be to ship a cell phone to my Daughter in college. Very simple

    I love the people who work here! Across the board, anyone I've dealt with has been helpful, cheery, and has gone above and beyond. I'm very impressed with this place!

    Bad experience. I interrupted the postal worker while he was on his cell phone. No other customers in the building. For some reason it took quite a while for my certified mail to reach its destination. It all depends on who is at the desk at the time you arrive. However if you don’t like your job don’t make the rest of us miserable too.
