- DFDavid Figueroa6 days ago2.0There is a tall, dark-skinned employee with glasses who usually works at the front counter. When I asked about Priority Mail free labels, he told me they were no longer handling them because, according to him, the post office is not providing them anymore. The way he spoke to me was very disrespectful and unprofessional. His attitude made it seem like he did not want to help or work at all. I left feeling upset and disappointed by the poor customer service I received. I believe customers should be treated with respect and given proper assistance. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into.
