She then refused to take my packages because I had marked out an old address on it. Took them straight over to Asbury post office where they accepted the packages with a smile. I hoped from the fact that the Allenhurst worker was young that she wouldn’t be disgruntled, but she clearly was. Steer clear and try another town instead.
- MAMary von AueMar 25, 20211.0I’m a big supporter of the USPS but I refuse to go to this one. I was there today and I arrived 8 minutes before closing time. The postal worker let me know. As I was assembling the box she yelled “SEVEN MINUTES!” at me then “SIX MINUTES!” and it was rude and disorienting. I have a neurological disability and was shaking to assemble the box in time. I didn’t make it. It was embarrassing and upsetting but I thought her behavior was cruel.
