    Terrible result and very expensive mistake. Went here to get my passport, and I thought the process went smoothly, until I got a "notice of denial" from the Passport Processing center in New Orleans. Every question under the sun was asked, except for one really, really vitally important question, which indubitably should have been asked (wasn't on the application form neither), and that question should have been: "Do you owe any back child support?" And I would have said, "yes, I do." Then, the proper response should have been, ..."well, that's a real potential problem, sir." This question was never posed to me or asked by the mail clerk handling the passport application and form that day. I spent $300.00 on this service, only to be denied. What a terrible and costly mistake this was! And to boot, the mail clerk said that I should put my original birth certificate in the application folder, as this "would help my cause." The only person you can trust is yourself. Sooooooo unbelievably disappointed.

    I have had a very disappointing experience with the hold process at this post office, where I have been a regular customer for over two years, consistently dropping off packages. Last week, I dropped off five packages, but they mistakenly scanned one package twice. I have a receipt to prove this error. Furthermore, I had previously experienced a similar issue with my website's package delivery, where the same mistake occurred two days prior. I brought this to the attention of the post office staff, but unfortunately, they repeated the same mistake, resulting in the loss of two packages valued at over $600. This morning, I visited the post office and spoke with the supervisor, Brenda, who did not speak clear English, making it difficult for me to communicate the issue effectively. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, she was unhelpful and rude, displaying an unprofessional attitude towards a local customer. Her suggestion was for me to visit the Howell post office center to resolve the issue, rather than taking responsibility for resolving it herself. Regrettably, my experience with this post office has been marred by this incident, resulting in a significant financial loss and a suspended account on my website due to undelivered packages.😡😡😡😡😡😡

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I decided to try this post office because of their high 4.5 Google rating—and it truly did not disappoint. The customer service is superb, and ALL THE STAFF were friendly, patient, and wonderful, which made the process smooth and pleasant. I especially want to commend BERNIE, who was the one handling my international package. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely made sure that my package would reach the receiver safely. She even gave helpful advice to avoid any future shipping issues. Even though I live a bit far, I’ll definitely keep coming back because of the amazing customer service. Highly recommend this place!

    How odd it feels to rate a post office but the experience here just had to be noted! This place is the most efficient and pleasant post office our family has experienced. Service for 2 children’s passports including photos. Appointments easily made online and promptly assisted once we arrived. The staff (2 ladies) were so warm and patient, made the experience fun for our kids, way less stressful for us parents. But on top of the manner, these 2 were an efficient team! Communication top notch to help move us and other clients along, detailed paperwork reviewed thoroughly and quickly, passports arrived quickly without issue. Truly a great office and wonderful staff!
