But the woman with red hair is really rude and won’t let you finish talking before she assumes that you haven’t taken the proper steps before asking for help. She must have already decided we were incompetent before we finished speaking, interrupted us and spit out a generic answer assuming we didn’t forward our mail, and shoving a form for forwarding toward us. Hope she’s not working the next time I need assistance.

How does my neighbor have her mail but I don’t get my mail something smells fishy here. I’m not gonna rest until I get to the bottom of it so much for nor sleet, snow or hail. I wish people would just do their job.
