- MDMichael and Jennifer DunnellsDec 30, 20251.0Just posted for first time… system ranked it 4star! NOT!!! FYI: usps system has no code for” never left office” defaults to “address inaccessible “ never THEIR fault. Dec 31: the saga continues. Went to post office to get YESTERDAY’s undeliverable. Nice sign on door reminding public of holiday hours ( Christmas, New Year’s Day, etc) today is NOT one of those days, but office was closed. Expected to get yesterday’s package and today’s “undeliverable” which was scanned “ out for delivery” at 7:42 am and then scanned as “undeliverable” less than a half hour later. I KNOW that never left the building! Also, am on day 9 of no paper mail…… have at least 8 letters due delivery based on the usps delivery advisory. Loving it! Jan 2: more to the saga. Actually cornered the delivery driver at first house on road. Asked him why no mail for 12 days. First excuse: “I was sick” Second excuse: “my delivery truck is old and tires are balding” he doesn’t feel “safe” Trying to drive the road. He doesn’t plan to try to deliver again until road isn’t sanded “salted and sanded better” Next new wrinkle: the three pkgs due today were scanned at post office as “ customer requested pkgs be held at facility until they can pick up”. ANOTHER blatant lie. Explanation: “we have to scan a code at the office” Apparently they just pick one of the “blame the customer” codes and scan it. How about a “we’re all screwed up” code??!!
- NANikki AlexAug 21, 20251.0Had no issues until recently where my packages keep being brought to the post office "at the request of the customer." I work all the time and long hours, its why I have stuff conveniently delivered to my house. The last time I went they explained it because they were unable to complete their route, if thats the case there is a bardcode they scan stating so, so that it can be delivered the next day. To falsely put that the customer is requesting it be held, is ridiculous and unprofessional.
- SESherry EvansJul 28, 20251.0Constantly have trouble picking up my packages at this location. Wolfeboro Falls did a better job. I am not sure if they do not have enough help, or what. My daughter had a package that showed by tracking was in the building. I was told by two employees today that there were over 100 packages to sort through and they don’t have time to look for it. There was no one in line behind me. I told them I would wait, they refused to look for it, they told me to wait until I get a card in the mail, or a phone call. Oh, by the way, my street had no carrier today, so when am I supposed to get that? Her package (dress) was supposed to get there on the 25th, for a special occasion on the 28th, today, and it looks like she is not going to get to wear it! Prices keep going up though! Not okay.
