- CMClare MarieNov 7, 20251.0It was raining this evening when I went to get the mail from our mailbox. A package was partially shoved into our mailbox and left exposed to the elements with the door hanging open. I avoid leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. I'm confused why the package was not left on our porch instead. Besides this last instance, there have been frequent delays in getting my packages because they were delivered to another address in error. We also get other people's mail so often that I've formed a habit of double-checking every envelope to ensure it is ours. I'm hoping that management will see this rating and make improvements. I'll gladly update to five stars if things change soon.

They'll always use an excuse "mailbox was full" They just don't want to come up the hill!! The normal mail lady is great! Any other mail person does NOT deliver any size package and I have a HUGE mailbox which is NEVER full. Lazy!!!
