Mail carriers consistently refuse to deliver mail sent to my address even though they have it, and they're rude and dismissive when issues are reported. At one point, while my child was in intensive care, I started experiencing overt harassment by the carrier assigned to my route at that time. When I reported the issue, they threatened to stop delivering my mail altogether and said I could get a PO box if I didn't like it. Not sure what their problem is.
