  Went to do 2 returns and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude! Also witness the man working rude to a customer next to me. Then told an 80 year old woman that he could not print off a lable for her to return her package! She traveled 45 min. To do the return! I will never go there again! I will pay the fee to have UPS pick up my return! People running a business should not be allowed to treat their customers like that! UPS needs to shut them down, because they are going to loose business! Stay away!

  The absolute worst UPS store in the world. Lost one of my packages, went today to do a return where I was told I had to print the label at the store. They proceed to tell me they don’t print labels at the store. Excuse me, what? What kind of shipping business doesn’t print labels? The absolute RUDEST most incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced. Sucks this is the only one around here. I avoid it at all costs because this happens EVERY TIME. So disappointing; hope they go out of business soon

  Worst UPS store I’ve ever used. Chaotic, understaffed, boxes piled haphazardly everywhere, lines out the door at all times. Unfortunately it’s the only one in the area.

  The store owner is rude and disrespectful to customers. When I was in store today the owner allowed another customer to cut the line and made small talk while five customers, including myself were waiting. When another customer voiced their frustration he told them they could leave, instead of placing his personal matters after business. This is just a part of a consistent pattern of behavior and general disrespect towards those who patronize his store.
