  I wish I could give you 0 stars. Genuinely the worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. Packages are always miss delivered and there is never "proof of delivery" never a picture, nothing. I'm forced to go hunting for a package and half the time come up empty. I have had to file so many claims with UPS, FedEx and the USPS have never had an issue, but for some reason UPS is nothing but issues. If you see your package is being shipped with UPS pray to whatever God you believe in that you might actually see it, but you won't. All you will see is the File a Claim page. Absolutely worthless.

  the staff was very rude. and the guy that was working with the packages was extremely impolite and was raising his voice and getting into my personal space. if you can, send your packages somewhere else, it’s a mess in there! 2/04/2026.

  I ordered an iPhone from Apple and had it shipped to this location. I have definitive proof of delivery, including detailed tracking and a digital signature from 'A. LUI.' Despite this, the manager claims they never received it. This has been an extremely poor experience to say the least. I am currently without my package and have lost my money. To make matters worse, UPS is not taking responsibility for the situation. I strongly advise caution when shipping valuable items to this store and in considering UPS the compay as a reliable company as they do not take responsibility for their fraudulent employees and managers.

  DO NOT SEND ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE. IT IS THE SEOCND TIME I SEND A PHONE AND THE SECOND TIME IT "NEVER ARRIVED" EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SIGNED. THE WORS UPS STORE.

  Went to do 2 returns and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude! Also witness the man working rude to a customer next to me. Then told an 80 year old woman that he could not print off a lable for her to return her package! She traveled 45 min. To do the return! I will never go there again! I will pay the fee to have UPS pick up my return! People running a business should not be allowed to treat their customers like that! UPS needs to shut them down, because they are going to loose business! Stay away!
