When I was in store today the owner allowed another customer to cut the line and made small talk while five customers, including myself were waiting. When another customer voiced their frustration he told them they could leave, instead of placing his personal matters after business. This is just a part of a consistent pattern of behavior and general disrespect towards those who patronize his store.

Everytime I go in this store there are packages EVERYWHERE!!! I always thought wow ..I bet stuff gets lost all the time...I head over to the reviews and I'm not a bit surprised. This store needs to be audited!! I have never seen such an unorganized UPS store in my life

I didn’t leave as I am leaving tomorrow. Finally after 30 min we found my other two packages. Not sure why they thought I would leave and abandon my packages. Just chaos!

Don't get me wrong I can go to Staples and get a Label printed, but I shouldn't have to. They said that there laptop has been down for 3 WEEKS!? What parcel service allows their laptop and their means of printing to "go-down" for over 3 weeks!? It's 2025 and this is very poor planning and management. The customer service woman was incredibly kind and nothing is against her. That being said, management needs to fix their laptop and this their means a printing especially when promised 0$ cost shipping, this includes the label.
