I came in for an Amazon return and was blown away by how easy it was. The employee was great—super confident and helpful. It's rare to get such straightforward, high-quality service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Not sure who had the brilliant idea to move the Amazon returns drop-off from the printing area to the cashier area but that was far from the smartest move. Walked in to a queue of 10 to 12 people (see pic) and it took me a flabbergasting 23 minutes just to do an Amazon drop-off! This is absolutely ridiculous! Add to this there was only one employee available at 2pm in the afternoon to do both drop-off agent and cashier jobs, employee who clearly couldn't care less about the wait and was as welcoming as a prison guard, this is the worst service ever. Of course there was no manager on site to jump in and help, cause clearly they couldn't be bothered either. Wondering how that store is still in business? They need to raise up their game, waiting more than 20 minutes for a drop-off that should take you seconds is totally unacceptable! They also decided to stop printing return confirmations, so if something goes wrong and Amazon does not send you the confirmation email, it's like you never returned your item and will have no way to get your money back! Appalling is an understatement!
