I am a small business owner in the area, so I frequent this post office to ship orders. Every time I’ve been here, I’m greeted kindly and treated with respect. They make sure I’m in and out in a timely manner and even let me leave my boxes on the counter and leave if there’s a line so I’m not there too long. They always treat my mail with priority and care.
I often have conversations with a particular woman here who has helped connect me with other small businesses in the area. I actually look forward to coming to the post office and saying hello.
Our mailman, George, is also extremely kind. He is always happy to say hello to us and pet our dog when he sees us out on a walk.

The Somersworth Post Office is a joke. Don't get a PO Box there. All your mail will dissappear & get lost & when you ask a worker at the window about it they tell you they don't know where your mail is & blah blah & nothing gets done about it. I had a box 4 three months & didn't receive any of my mail. The workers there are lazy, rude & they don't care about you or your mail. I advise getting your mail somewhere else.

For some reason, it's okay to not deliver packages that don't require signatures. Why not try knocking at the very least.

Never had a bad experience, doubt I will if I'm not a demanding jerk who can't talk his way through something.

People thereally are friendly and helpful.
Online hours do not reflect their business hours but instead access to po boxes. Was frustrade to trust online hours to only discover you couldn't buy anything as of a half hour earlier.
