Right after I submitted my order on-line, I was made aware of an error with one of the students names. I called Staples right away and they told me to correct the banner and send it in and select "pay at pick up" and that they would not print the erroneous one in the original order. Honestly I was not totally confident in this happening - BUT, I was wrong. They fixed the order and printed the correct banner. The staff was wonderful both on the phone and at pick up. The prices were great and the turnaround time was very fast. This experience exceeded my expectations. Well done!

It's nice to work with nice people. He really cares about his job, is very knowledgeable, and does it all with a smile. Don't go to Best Buy...you can't even walk in and ask for tech help or questions, you would need to make an appointment. Walk right into Staples and see Glenn.
