  In the Printing/Design Services Dept at the Salem, NH store I encountered the most amazing employees of very possibly, all Staples stores! The evening of Thurs, Oct 2, the first employee I encountered named Nate(?) was wonderful. He did everything he could to help me with my printing job. However, he was at the end of his shift. Before he left, he confirmed with another co-worker, manager that had already clockout for the day, that she was able to return to work to help me. Otherwise, there was no staff member in-house at the time that knew how to operate the printers to produce my job. She (Catherine?) came in on her time off to print my booklet and stayed LATE until it was completed! I would've been in serious trouble with my job had she not done this and I can't express how grateful I am! I hope Staples Corporate can recognize and reward your employees that go above and beyond to help your clients leave happy! These days a proper work ethic hardly exists. You should want to do anything needed to keep the employees that are hard working and dedicated role models. Please make note of these 2 exemplary employees. at the Salem, NH Staples Store, Manager in the Print Svcs Dept named Catherine(?) She helped me the evening of Thu, Oct. 2, 2025. Prior to her it was the employee named Nick/Nate that was very helpful in securing the help in his stead. These 2 employees were exceptional!! Thank you very much!

  Ordered Xmas cards online, regular cards that fold in the middle with 4 panels. Order went through without a hitch and would be ready the next day at a reasonable price. Provided a front panel image and an inside panel, left other inside and back blank, but wanted a folded card to include gift cards, etc inside. Went to pick up order, it was a single 5x7 print, double sided, no fold. Explained to store associate I paid extra for a different style card. She politely and sympathetically explained that folding cards where NOT printed in store, and were only available for home delivery. I asked her why the website would allow me to order it as such, WITH email confirmation, but she politely did not have an answer. Went home and attempted a new order (without submitting it) and again it allowed me to proceed with the order. Called manager, "Denny", who took my info and told me he would "look into it and get back to me in a few minutes". It is now the next day and I have heard nothing back from the store. My next step is to contact corporate, but I will never use Staples for any time-sensitive items in the future, no matter how inexpensive it may be. If there's an issue you're on your own.

  I use their printing services here. Employees extremely helpful in helping you get set up.Prices are good as well.
