- WWwill wormwoodSep 10, 20221.0literal terrible service. schedule two appointments for passports only to get there and have the rude old lady behind the counter say she didn’t have me on the list. proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before the “supervisor” comes out and gives us a speech about how the website is glitchy and you have to confirm the appointment something like 3 times. He continues to tell us that we can continue to wait to see if there are any no-shows but they’re fully booked and obviously they don’t want to do their job. I probably wouldn’t if I worked here either though.

The Gonic PO is WONDERFUL and Claire knows all of the customers by name and knows more about PO stuff than does the Postmaster in Rochester!! She is a WONDERFUL PO employee!!
