They constantly refuse to deliver packages and instead leave a slip telling you to come pick them up. When I asked why, I was given absurd excuses like “you order too often,” “no one was home” (while people are home all day), “mailbox was full” (false), or “the package was too big” (also false). They fake delivery attempts instead of doing their job. No one here seems supervised or held accountable. Staff are rude, dismissive, and take no responsibility. This location needs a complete management overhaul and a serious review of its workflow. Their service is unacceptable.
