- NDNicole DuPont6 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible. You cannot get in touch with them, they never answer the phones. I dont understand why they now "deliver" Amazon packages but my package was supposed to be here on Tuesday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt bc I understand delays happen, but then they "attempted" to deliver on Wednesday and wrote that they couldn't access my driveway. We live in NH, there was snow in the driveway (like everyones driveway) bc it literally was snowing that day. Not delivering a package bc theres a little snow in a driveway is mind blowing. Buy boots and do your job. Its the Friday and I have no clue where my package is & no one every answers the phone. They have NOT attempted to redeliver. Get it together. If USPS is too lazy to get out of their vehicles to deliver peoples packages they shouldn't be tasked to do so.

- RRRossFeb 10, 20261.0Simply the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. Packages that arrive there can sit for days before being delivered. If you have to go to the Post Office on Allen Street, you can always expect long lines and sloth-like urgency on the part of the clerks. The employees, probably with a few exceptions (I'm sure there are a few good ones), don't seem to care about customers. It's as if they think that the purpose of the Post Office is to provide them with a decent paying job with benefits that doesn't demand much in the way of work. Amazon, FedEx and UPS operate at light speed in comparison. .

The package was fairly heavy, so trying to open the storm door was a bit of a task, but I was able to do it. This package that was delivered was not addressed to my residence, but to another one that is across town. A few months earlier, the person delivering the mail left a package in the mailbox that is in the mail house at the end of the development. The package just barely fit on the side they put the package in, but when I go to open the door on the outside of the receptacle with my key, it is small in the front and I was unable to get the package out of the receptacle. I would enjoy chatting with someone in management on how much some of these people should be making minimum wage for putting in a minimum effort!
