Tom over at the print center alongside his teammate Arin were so kind and helpful. Tom walked me through the whole process, helped me set up rewards with the store and was so polite throughout my redesigns. It was a very fun afternoon working with the team here at my local store and because of the way I was treated I will be a life long customer. Tom showed me all the services they performed and was able to give me detailed brochures so I wouldn't forget. I frequently need these kinds of services and had no idea they could be a one stop shop for all kinds of things, even parking lot signs! This was such a great experience and if any executive sees this review, if you could give my brotha there who helped me so very much a raise, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Calls back and forth with Amazon, they told me the store is required to take it with the QR code they sent me. Brought the return there again. Still rude. Been 2 days and they still have not updated the system to reflect the return was reveived.
