- JBJoseph BurkeAug 11, 20251.0This place is a joke, I have been waiting on a very important package that was supposed to arrive Saturday. It was needed for a wedding tonight. I was GUARANTEED the post person would drop it off today. As the day gets later nothing when mail is usually here early just after 4:10pm the post person pulls up drops mail off at mailboxes and leaves. They made no attempt to deliver my packages at all. This was time sensitive, they left a redelivery slip saying there was no place to leave it. I have cameras, I watched em. They didn’t get out of the vehicle or even pull onto the property. They have no problem leaving them any other time. They were running late and didn’t want to bother. This is not ok. Not only that but I called them after no answer from 4:10 to 5pm I do not drive so I do not have a way to get there. The wedding will be missing some of the most important items, really appreciate your dedication. Keep up the hard work and keep lying on the “DELIVERY ATTEMPTED” slips, then just ignore the phones during open BUSINESS HOURS!. Gotta love it, hard at work, eh? I love how professional you are keep it up! Thanks again

- EAEric AndrewsJan 27, 20201.0The local delivery person has the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a postal service worker. I've received slips that don't make any sense (i.e. pick up your mail after 1/23 and it also says it will be returned to sender on 1/22). I've had tracking information be false (i.e. holding items at the post office at the "request of the customer" which I've never requested). For some reason, every other company is able to deliver my packages (Amazon, FedEx, UPS (even if it means trekking through the snow to my back porch to leave an important package) but the USPS here in Raymond has it out for me and refuses to deliver even simple envelope packages. They can get out of their van and leave a slip on my door or my garage, but they can't deliver my package while they are there? Unacceptable.

They are consistently not leaving the "sorry we missed you" slip, not putting the key to the parcel locker in my mailbox and ignoring re-delivery requests. They'll mark packages as being delivered when they haven't been. I have never been so frustrated with a mail carrier. He or she needs to be fired
