Portsmouth handles all mail, it is distributed from there. Don't bother calling them, they don't answer, you can't leave a message. 800 # for USPS solution for mail issues, gave me the # for local post office head. Head does not answer the phone, you can't leave a message. Regular mail can't be tracked without a tracking # which is not available. Still waiting for an important letter 9 days after it was mailed.
