This post office seems set out to nickel and dime all of their customers - and has the audacity to be rude about it. I had a package that was pre-boxed and the shipping label already paid for and printed out. I stopped by this location on my way home from work to drop it off, and all it needed was two pieces of tape to affix the label.
Rather than choosing to assist me, I was told quite rudely by the employees (an older gentleman and another person with short red hair) that I would need to purchase an entire roll of packing tape.
“No,” I was told, “We simply will not give you a tiny piece of tape to affix the label, despite the fact that you already purchased the box AND paid to print out the shipping label.”
Now, I understand that this might be a company-wide policy. If that’s the case, shame on USPS. However, when I have walked into other FedEx or UPS locations - more importantly, ANY other USPS locations I’ve visited - they have not demanded that I purchase an entire roll for the single inch I actually need.
Those employees, in ALL situations, responded with actual humanity rather than prioritizing the $6.50 profit that this super fun combo of government and private institutions could make off of me.
Above all else, they were both super rude about it. If I have the choice, I will use ANY other shipping carrier; if I am forced to go through USPS, I will certainly not be returning to this location ever again.

don’t come here unless you want ur time wasted and to be screamed at and humiliated by the workers. Never in my life have I ever seen such terrible customer service. You’re employee John working at 11:00 am 2/17/26 needs to be handled immediately, I was here for over an hour and watched you’re employee John yelling at a customer for your equipment breaking? And blaming a customer for not being able to go on break Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I came in to mail wedding save-the-dates with a raised magnet on the back. Because they were slightly bulky, they required extra postage and manual processing instead of going through the sorting machine which I fully understood and was prepared to pay for.
I was told to come back two days later (it was Monday, he asked us to come back Wednesday) when there would be additional staff available to process them. My fiancé and I took PTO to return at the time we were instructed, only to be told he was “working alone today.” Instead of honoring what we were told or offering a solution, the employee implied it was our fault he was working alone, should have come earlier (offered no specific time frame prior to this) and refused to process them while managing the line.
We then went to another post office. They immediately explained the surcharge, took payment, and manually processed everything without issue. The entire transaction was seamless from start to finish.
The difference wasn’t policy, it was willingness to help. This location was dismissive and unprofessional, and it cost us unnecessary time during an already busy wedding season. Thanks for nothing, John. You're killing it.

Terrible service. On multiple occasions, they go out for delivery but unilaterally decide; without any reason not to deliver. They hold the package as if it were 'at the customer's request,' even though no such request was ever made. To make matters worse, when I have to go to the post office in person to pick it up, the staff makes the process as difficult as possible. It has been like this every single time. I do not recommend them; unfortunately, I’m only forced to use them because my supplier chooses USPS.
