It would be greatly beneficial if customers had key-fob access for after-hours entry to their boxes. In an age of advanced technology and AI, it’s surprising that this location does not offer notifications when mail is received. Many other post offices provide this convenience—Plaistow should as well. The staff members have always been courteous and professional; however, service is often slow, and there are typically only one or two employees at the counter, which leads to longer wait times, especially around lunchtime. Overall, this Post Office would benefit from modern upgrades and improved efficiency. The USPS should consider investing in technology and customer experience enhancements to better serve the community. Until then, this location receives 1-star from me.

You'd think someone with a chip on their shoulder wouldn't work like a slug. If you go in here and see even 1 person ahead of you in line, immediately leave and use another post office. It will save you time, I promise.

The employees seem nice, but they also seem confused and slow with every movement, like maybe their training wasn't solid? It makes coming here a complete pain.

They keep failing to deliver my mail—even though I have a mailbox right outside my house—and some of it just goes missing. I've reached out to them multiple times, but they never seem to have a solution. It's beyond frustrating, and the service has been terrible.
