Went to Concord for Passport processing because the passport office said they were walk in only. They turned away for not having an appointment. Was about to be a wasted day off, but the friendly staff here fit us in and were the nicest people we needed on a bad day.

Most of the time there aren't any problems because if you have one they will address it right away. Unlike if you live in a big city that has a very busy post office they don't have the time to offer you the personal attention you need like you get in a small town post office.
