I used to hate going into the Post Office and avoid it like the plague but since moving and using this carrier everything has changed! I have been three times now and each time the man at the front counter has been very nice and talkative (even when I showed up with packages that couldn't be mailed through USPS)!

Multiple instances of the package being delivered to the parcel locker but then leaving the key in the locker too so I have to go to the post office and get someone to come out. Multiple instances of it being delivered to the wrong box (our names and numbers are in the box) and then I have to try and track it down with neighbors. Multiple instances of things being marked delivered then when I go to the post office to ask about it they have it there and can't explain why it was marked delivered. It's frustrating to say the least, and always seems to happen on a Saturday delivery right at noon so I have to wait until Monday to figure it out. Once or twice I can understand, but every few months for years on end is too much.
