My goal was to send an envelope, have it postmarked today, and make sure someone signed for it upon delivery. The employee that helped me, named Joe, explained clearly and quickly how to achieve my objective: to make sure it is signed for, I should send it via Certified Mail, and it would be postmarked today whether or not I send it Certified. Joe was fantastic and made my visit seamless. I can't vouch for the veracity of the previous negative reviews within the past year or so, since I go to the USPS so rarely. But I didn't encounter any of those problems (such as "rude" or "useless" staff) with Joe. My envelope was just sent today, so I will edit this review if it ends up going missing.
